Interpretation time is calculated from the start to the end of service on the day of the event, including rehearsals.

Cancellation fees apply from 20% to 100%, depending on the timing of cancellation.For services outside Seoul, arrangements will be made separately.
Simultaneous interpretation equipment (e.g., receivers, booths) is not provided and should be arranged by the event host.

Prior consultation is required for scheduling and planning simultaneous interpretation services.
